Published an Evidence-Driven Streaming Platform Foundation
Designed a rights-aware streaming platform architecture and turned repository governance, runtime boundaries, and verification expectations into executable foundations.
Context
The project deliberately separates target architecture from implemented evidence. This candidate covers the published architecture, repository controls, and bounded runtime foundation without implying a playable or hosted product.
What I did
- Defined product requirements, bounded contexts, data ownership, federated API boundaries, event integration, media rights, resilience, and phased delivery criteria.
- Established repository governance with hosted CI, security checks, branch controls, contribution policy, and evidence-oriented documentation.
- Implemented guarded local data services, fail-fast configuration, redacted structured logging, an HTTP adapter, and deterministic service lifecycle handling.
- Kept planned capabilities, retained branch evidence, and implemented runtime checkpoints explicitly separated.
Outcomes
- Published a reviewable repository foundation with automated quality, security, and governance evidence.
