Context
The component library formed part of a shared frontend foundation alongside reusable packages and content-driven applications. My leadership covered creation of the library; the wider content and application systems remained a team effort.
What I did
- Led creation of the React and TypeScript component library, building reusable primitives and composed components following atomic design principles.
- Established and hardened a reusable package workspace for frontend utilities, hooks, configuration, and developer tooling.
- Expanded component stories, behavior tests, preview automation, pre-commit validation, and build-tool modernization.
- Built structured content models, reusable page sections, forms, responsive media, motion, and visual authoring workflows.
- Added accessibility, crawlability, preview-environment browser tests, and quality feedback across content-driven applications.
Outcomes
- The broader shared frontend foundation was used across multiple production applications.
